1-Atico welcomes back celebrated Argentinian Chef Soledad Nardelli, official International Ambassador of Argentinian Cuisine and FIRE’s Culinary Advisor since 2020. She will share stories of her Italian-Argentinian heritage, highlighting her own journey as a member of the Argentinian Diaspora now residing in Barcelona. 

Joshiah Black the Chef De Cuisine of Fire, recently returned from a trip to Barcelona home to 50,000 Argentinian immigrants, he will recount and share his learnings having spent time in some of the most famous Argentine restaurants in Barcelona such as La Cabera and Maru Botana.
