Each course highlights the soul of Argentine cuisine: prime beef, Patagonian seafood, native grains, seasonal vegetables, and traditional flavours, all rooted in the heritage of open-fire cooking and the joy of sharing.
The journey ends with “A Box of Love”, a selection of iconic Argentinian sweets made to be enjoyed together.
