Argentina’s leading female chefs Soledad Nardelli and Patricia Ramos.
Soledad Nardelli
Soledad is a modern gastronomic Renaissance woman. Chef Nardelli, was named “Chef of the Future” in 2009 by the International Academy of Gastronomy. Acclaimed abroad and at home, she has played host to the likes of Ferran Adrià, Martín Berasategui and Anthony Bourdain, and she is a regular on Elgourmet TV channel. Under her direction, the Argentine Restaurant Chila in the City of Buenos Aires, was the only restaurant with a female chef to appear in Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2015 list. Soledad is currently executive chef of the Tapiz winery’s Club Tapiz hotel and restaurant in Mendoza.
Patricia Ramos
Patricia Ramos is the Head Chef of Buenos Aires Four Seasons Hotel grill restaurant Nuestro Secreto. As one of Argentina’s leading grill masters or ‘Asador’, Patricia’s speciality and passion is all about the diverse use of Argentine fires. In 2019 she was named one the ten most influent female chefs in Argentina by Elle Magazine as well as hosting several Argentinian cooking TV shows such as Cocineros Argentinos, Cocineros de Noche and Cucinare.
