As Singapore approaches its 61st National Day, 1-Group is proud to launch a celebration across our dining portfolio. This year, we invite you to experience an extraordinary culinary narrative under our overarching theme: “Singapore, Served Again.”

This exclusive campaign is centered on the revival of “lost ingredients”—those rare, heirloom, or forgotten components of the Singaporean pantry that have largely disappeared from modern commercial kitchens. By championing these rare flavours, we seek to reconnect our guests with the soul of Singapore, reviving traditional techniques and tastes that have faded from contemporary menus.
